Get yourself a nice sunscreen that is oil-free and is noncomedogenic, Sunscreens help block away from the UV rays. These rays cause Skin Cancer, Skin Aging and Wrinkles, You need to reapply sunscreen every two hours, or after swimming. A Sunscreens that have a (Sun Protection Factor) SPF of 30 or more and a High Spectrum label are suitable for protection of the skin against UV Rays.

  • Removing Makeup and Cleansing at Night

Makeup, Oil & Dirt can mix up while you’re sleeping if you left it on your face and lead into clogged pores, which cause Blackhead Breakouts and Acne. Cleaning your makeup off can help remove the residue in your makeup which can cause Skin Imperfections. Skin Specialists recommend the use of Anti-Aging Treatments at night. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, using retinol products at night can improve fine lines, prevent wrinkles, and reduce irritation and future breakouts.
